Bagaimana Pembajakan didalam Perspektif Islam

Beberapa kali saya sempat terhenyak ketika mendengar jawaban rekan rekan saya yang masih menggunakan produk bajakan, ternyata memang sebagian besar dari mereka belum mengerti bahwa yang selama ini mereka pakai adalah bajakan dan itu haram hukumnya serta mereka juga tidak mengerti ternyata ada produk lain yang bisa menjadi solusi pengganti yang bebas dan berbasis opensource sehingga halal bagi kita untuk memakainya.

Dan sesungguhnya di dalam Islam sendiri telah mengatur bahwa bertindak semena mena terhadap hak saudara / orang lain adalah dilarang.

Jadi jika sudah tidak ada alasan lagi bagi kita untuk tetap menggunakan produk bajakan dengan alasan apapun, karena sudah ada produk lain sebagai penganti menuju halalan thoyyiban seperti BlankOn linux dan FOSS lainnya. Jika alasannya adalah belum terbiasa, maka belajarlah karena alasan tersebut masih kalah urgensinya dibandingkan kita menggunakan produk yang haram dan tanpa hak. Alternatifnya cuman 2, yaitu membeli secara haq atau menggunakan FOSS dengan belajar lagi.

Solusi?
Jika memang membeli terasa berat, maka untuk keperluan IT dan Komputerisasi sudah ada produk karya anak bangsa ini, yaitu BlankOn Linux (dan masih banyak lagi FOSS. Dengan OS yang berlisensi GPL ini hampir semua kebutuhan komputerisasi dikeseharian dan sekolah sudah bisa ditangani, untuk lebih jelasnya silahkan ikuti kegiatan RoadShow Linux untuk Pendidikan yang akan diselenggarakan di beberapa kota. Kota kota yang akan mengadakan roadshow ini bisa dilihat di site resmi roadshow atau di wiki, dan jika kota anda belum ada dalam daftar tersebut silahkan bergabung dikepanitiaan roadshow dan bentuklah panitia lokal di kota anda.

Mudah mudahan tulisan ini bisa membuka tabir yang selama ini menutupi kita dikarenakan dosa ‘tak sengaja’ telah bertumpuk tumpuk dan menjadi sebuah awal menuju jalan yang terang. (wah lha kok kaya filosifi BlankOn Linux yaa… hehehe )

SHEBOYGAN, Wis. – Tiger Woods still thinks he can help the U.S. Ryder Cup team. It might be the only thing that could salvage yet another year without a juicy couture outlet.

Woods matched the longest grand slam drought of his career when he failed to win the PGA Championship. He didn't even finish seventh or better, which he needed to have any shot of playing his way onto the Ryder Cup squad. The only other coach the world's No. 1 player employed as a professional was Butch Harmon, which lasted until 2003.

"I like some of the things he had to say about my golf swing and where I needed to go," Woods said of Foley. "I like the direction because I was able to hit the shots that I used to be able to hit feel wise. The shape of shots, too, which was great. So when you get that kind of contact again it's good."

Woods has now gone 10 straight majors with a victory, matching the longest dry spell in his career. He is also winless at any tournament since that Thanksgiving Day car crash that led to tawdry revelations about his rampant infidelities.

Asked if it was too much to ask that he win a major in such a tumultuous year, Woods said no.

"I thought I could. Certainly. You've just got to play well at the right time," he said. "I've just got to put it together for four days, and I never did that."
